Policies

Appointments must be cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment fee. To avoid the fee, you are welcome to send a friend or family member in your place, just let me know their name and phone number prior to the appointment.

Clients who do not cancel their appointment and who also do not show up for it will be charged for 100% of the scheduled service.

Please cancel your massage appointment if you are sick. I will make an exception to my cancelation policy for you. If you have been sick recently and still have symptoms, please let me know so I can take extra steps to protect myself in case you are still contagious.

In accordance with the city code for the City of Leawood, all children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and the adult must remain on premises and sign a permission form.

Credit cards are required to reserve your appointment. You will not be charged until you arrive for your service.

In accordance with the city code for the City of Leawood, I am required to verify your identity by asking for your driver’s license. Please present it to me at your first appointment.
